She holds a BA in Business Communications from Loyola Marymount University and several certifications in fitness, healing, movement patterns, behavior change, and mental wellness. Sarah Copley is a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of driving business success through innovative digital marketing strategies. In her capacity as Marketing Director at Bio Health Care, she plays a pivotal role in advancing their esteemed Workplace Injury Prevention Program by orchestrating comprehensive online promotion through the website, social media channels, and targeted outreach strategies. Drawing from her background, which includes marketing studies at Penn State and over a decade of experience in social media and digital marketing for businesses, Sarah has uniquely positioned Bio Health Care to thrive in its mission. Furthermore, Sarah's founding of a digital marketing agency over 5 years ago, has proven instrumental in generating high-value leads and amplifying sales-ready opportunities for Bio Health Care, particularly through cutting-edge marketing campaigns. After being told of having unique strength in her hands, Alyssa attended Hawaii School of Professional Massage in 2017. With this, she found her purpose to help other improve their well-being by reducing stress, muscle discomfort and increased relaxation. Alyssa has gained experience in both spa and clinical settings and has continued to learn new techniques throughout her career. She enjoys helping people create a better quality of life with improved circulation and range of motion.

Schae grew up watching her dad and many other family members work tirelessly in the Industrial Industry. Schae wanted to find a career that would help her give back to her community. Thus, finding her passion in Massage Therapy, she obtained her license from Kapiolani Community College in 2020. As a massage therapist, Schae can offer a hands-on approach to help various groups of people with their discomforts by using assisted stretching as her primary technique. Schae’s primary mission is to help those in her community feel better and have a better quality of life.

Eric is born and raised Oahu. He was always outside and grew up loving physical fitness—particularly basketball and weight training. He attended KCC, WCC, and Mānoa with a BS in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation science. Eric is CPR certified and working on becoming ASCE certified to become a trainer as well. He wants to help people with their discomforts and help them to a path to feeling better while also educating them to live pain free.

Elijah is studies at the University of Hawaii Mānoa, majoring in kinesiology to become a physical therapist. Elijah entered into physical therapy because of sport, and he wants to help people recover as fast as possible so that they can go back to their daily activities.

Breanna is originally from Southern California but moved to Hawaii for college in 2020. She has a degree in kinesiology from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa Most of Breanna’s family is in the medical field so the idea of doing something similar always excited her. Inspired by her family, she focused her studies in rehab related to sports injuries and is passionate about supporting the healing process and helping people feel better.

Mariel Tagg came to BioHealth with eight years of experience in the health and fitness industry, working closely with sports doctors. She has been a full-time licensed massage therapist for several years with a clinical education in exercise science and recovery. Mariel believes in a holistic approach to recovery and the body’s ability to heal itself. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she believes in an individualized plan for every patient. Her goal is to assist every physically active person in living their everyday life to the fullest potential and without discomfort. She enjoys focusing on the fascial planes and anatomy trains to help the body remember how to work as the cohesive, efficient vessel that it was born to be.

Xavier Harris came to BioHealth after spending four years at Fairleigh Dickinson University as former Division 1 collegiate basketball athlete. After suffering a career ending knee injury, Xavier became intrigued with the body and its functions in relation to activity. This lead him into the world of personal training and conditioning. Xavier serves as the advocate for cleaner eating and its correlation to our bodies in turn effecting its level of activity. His goal is to facilitate the pursuit of a happy healthier lifestyle.

Growing up in Hawaii, Lele was always physically active and found passion in the sports activities she participated in. While playing sports and participating in P.E in high school, she began to understand the importance of taking care of the human body physically. This drove her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Wellness from Brigham Young University Provo. After obtaining her degree, she now has a deeper understanding of the importance of how proper exercise, a well balanced nutrition, and consistency can be beneficial to your overall well-being. Lele’s aim with BioHealth is to get patients feeling better than before they came in.

Born and raised in Waialua/Wahiawa, HI. Jen was a competitive swimmer and water polo player growing up for many years. This intrigued her in getting a BA degree in Health and Physical Education. She then went on to join the U.S Coast Guard where she became a Corpsman and Physical Therapy Technician, giving her 10 years of medical experience. While being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Jen became fascinated with the body’s musculoskeletal system. With her experience and knowledge, she discovered that most bodily discomforts come from overuse of muscles and joints. With a holistic approach, she truly believes being more mindful of your posture, body movement, and with proper care and treatment can make a world of difference.
